Post-processing for smaller sessions take about a week to two weeks complete. For weddings or larger sessions - 6-8 weeks. If there is any delay, I always make sure to keep you posted!

Sneak-peeks are send to you the day after your wedding! I am sure you are excited to see some of the photos!

Absolutely! All photos are hand edited by me! The photos you receive will have basic edits (exposure, colour balance, colour correction, lens correction, etc.) and I also make sure to touch up any details (threads, hair, blemishes, etc.). If you require further editing/magazine quality editing I can also do that for you at an additional cost.

A non-refundable 25% deposit is required for any wedding session. This covers initial expenses for photography to ensure everything runs smoothly, the date is reserved and that the session is agreed upon. The remaining amount of the session is due on the day of the photoshoot. If you wish to prepay fully, that is always welcomed as well. For 30 minute or one hour session, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.

Currently I accept secure credit card payments, e-transfers and cash.

The photos will be emailed to you as an online gallery link. This gallery can only be downloaded by a unique download code (that I will provide you with) to ensure that your images and privacy are protected. If you have a smaller package with a set amount of photos to download, you will select your top photos and they will be emailed to you as a folder to download to your devices. You will have a month to download the shots at any time you like to all of your devices!

You will always choose your top 10 or 20 photos that YOU love. If you would like to have any extra images on top of the photos that come with your package you always have the option to purchase them at your convenience! Of course if you book for a large package/ wedding all photos remain for you without any additional cost.

If anything happens and you were not able to get your photos or you have lost all of your data with them, I can always check to re-upload it. I always back up my files to preserve them in cases such as these, so I will always do my best to re-upload it for you to download again!

I have my trusty Nikon Z6 with 24-70mm lens or my Nikon 800E with 50mm lens. I have several lenses, but for events the 24-70mm is my go to! For my software I have a MacBook Pro with Adobe Bridge/Photoshop programs for editing. Also, Youtube Music to set the mood and boost the creative juices with funky tunes!

I hear you, the camera can be intimidating especially if you haven’t been in front of it much. I aim for you to have fun! I love jokes, animals and talking about food, so I love it when I get to know people to put them at ease! Many people relax when they see a friendly face and chat about their favourite things! Also, keep in mind that the camera portrays you differently (meaning much much better) than phones do. I love showing everyone how amazing they look and how beautiful they are! I have not met anyone who doesn’t look amazing in their shots!

Preparation is key! Please wear thermal undergarments (Canadian Tire, Sportcheck and Walmart have a ton) under leggings/dresses/jeans and shirts/sweaters. Having that thin thermal layer works wonders under clothing and you cant even see it! Hand and feet warmers are encouraged in mittens and boots! Bring a hot tea/coffee for a boost. Wear comfy and water proof shoes! And bring a big jacket to throw on in between shots.

I love, love, love overcast weather! Of course the sunshine has its advantages, but having that even overcast light is very complimentary for portraits. It is like a giant soft box that provides even light and no harsh shadows or squinting.
